Through her exhibition project EAT! the gallery reflects on the contemporary issues of food. Tal Waldman questions the new modes of consumption and culinary habits, waste and good measure and invites us in a nostalgic space, the living room of our grandmothers, in which her creations: lighting in crocheted plastic bag, trophy hunting in a plate, paintings.. seeks to refer to a time when food had another value (taste, place of production …), and by that confrontats our modes of consumption today.
