To engage with Jung’s Red Book is to embark on a personal journey into the unconscious, where he confronts symbols, promoting understanding of psychological symbolism and a new perspective of self. His Active Imagination, rooted in psychology, details the integration of unconscious desires into consciousness. Inspired by Jung, my artistic quest explores the boundaries between collective and intimate symbols, navigating my personal myth through dualities such as above and below, inside and outside, micro and macro. Using a variety of techniques, I seek to create a visual exploration of these concepts by softening and emphasizing these distinctions.
